Dan's Posture
- Attract, never chase.
- Casual. Take it or leave it. The right people lean in.
- Value first. Give the answer, then the door.
- Real scarcity only. VIP genuinely has five places a year. Never a countdown, never fake spots, never manufactured urgency.
AHPRA In Eight Lines
- No testimonials that carry any health content. Not a quote, not a screenshot, not a story.
- No promised or guaranteed outcomes. Not "you will", not "guaranteed", not "this fixes".
- No numbers we cannot back. If it is not on this page, do not say it.
- No "best", "leading", "number one" claims.
- No fear and no pressure. Never a countdown, never a deadline you invented.
- Never name a condition next to the offer. Fatigue and focus are fine as their words; a diagnosis beside a price is not.
- No discounts, gifts or add-ons CYORA has not approved in writing.
- Any question about someone's health, results, supplements or protocol goes to Dr Dan. You never answer it.
Your Title
- To a prospect you are Ali, our Head of Client Relationships.
- Never "Head of Sales" outside the team.
The Never Say List
- "Sales call". It is a Strategy Call.
- "With Dr Dan" on the booking.
- A price on the booking link or the landing page.
- "Decode+" or "Baseline", or "CYORA Decode" in a listing. It is Decode, the same as Blueprint, Elite and VIP.
- "Mentorship", "Concierge" or "Boardroom" as a live name. Elite and VIP, everywhere, with "formerly" if they ask.
- Any old price. Only the figures on this page.
- A Procuret monthly or total amount. Procuret shows their own figures.
- A discount. Prices are fixed.
- "Guaranteed", "cure", "fix", "best", "leading".
- A condition next to the offer.
